Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, with a focus on HVAC optimization, operational performance, and energy-savings verification across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments.

The role involves commissioning planning, design reviews, functional testing, and collaboration with controls, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality, efficient systems and successful project turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• 2+ years of HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, owner’s reps, contractors, engineers and architects to drive project outcomes.
• Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commissioning activities.
• Review designs and sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with retro-commissioning, controls, and design teams.
• Ensure consistent delivery across large multi-site programs.
