Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects, focusing on HVAC system optimization, operational performance, and verification of energy savings outcomes across complex, multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare. You will coordinate with engineering, controls, and operations teams to ensure design intent and energy targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact with owners, owners' representatives, contractors, engineers and architects in a professional manner while effectively driving project outcome
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand energy optimization and advanced sequences of operation.
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts.
• Lead design and submittal reviews.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests.
• Lead construction and commissioning meetings.
• Drive corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Interact with project team to ensure high quality, functional systems are delivered.
