Position Summary:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-CALL WHEN SCHEDULED. Service and troubleshoot commercial/industrial HVAC equipment. Must be driven to succeed and able to work with minimal supervision. Responsible for servicing all commercial HVAC system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Troubleshoot and repair commercial/industrial HVAC mechanical systems. Perform scheduled maintenance, suggest, and implement system improvements, modifications, and repairs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of field experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school degree is a plus but not required.
• Pass criminal background and pre-employment drug screening.
• Positive attitude, cooperative, and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, customers, and the public.
• Proper use of safety and personal protective equipment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

The physical demands and environment for this role include:

• Work performed in indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching, stooping, and climbing.
• Frequent lifting/carrying of materials up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
