Job summary

AB Facility Services is seeking a Mobile HVAC Maintenance Technician to service commercial facilities within the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks. A company vehicle is provided to travel between client locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial maintenance, strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver's license. EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• HVAC Certification required (EPA preferred).
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Experience working from a service vehicle preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
