HVAC Commercial Project Coordinator

We have an outstanding opportunity to add an experienced Commercial Project Coordinator to our growing team.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial HVAC Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will act as a central point of communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining workflow efficiency, jobsite coordination, and overall project success.

Job Duties:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables for commercial HVAC projects.
  • Communication: Serve as the liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage permits, inspection records, equipment orders, RFIs, submittals, and close-out documents.
  • Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate materials and equipment delivery to job sites according to project schedules.
  • Cost Tracking & Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking expenses, change orders, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
  • Quality & Safety Coordination: Support job site compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Help identify and resolve any scheduling, material, or labor conflicts.

Pay Range: $40,000 to $50,000 year - Depending on Experience

Work Hours: 5-8 hours/day- 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Overtime as needed including occasional Saturday/Sunday/holiday per project timeline and project demand
