Team Bob's in Traverse City, MI seeks a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to oversee on-site installation of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping per project plans and specs. You will supervise installation teams, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers and clients.

Minimum 5+ years in HVAC installation with 3+ years in supervision; NATE certification or within year; valid driver's license; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• 3+ years of supervisory and project management experience preferred
• NATE Certified or obtain within 1 year of hire
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
