Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the installation of commercial HVAC systems including ductwork, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Coordinate and manage installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues during the installation process.
• Provide training and guidance to junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in commercial HVAC.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with at least 2 years in commercial installations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and commercial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience leading and managing installation teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EPA certification ().
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience with commercial HVAC project management.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC solutions and modern technologies.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a consistent basis, climb ladders, work outdoors, crawl in small spaces.
• All candidates will undergo pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
• A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must submit a recent DMV Safe Driving Record to demonstrate safe driving practices
