Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an Experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to follow the sales process, present solutions and pricing to homeowners and businesses, and close sales. This role liaises with installation to relay job details.

40 hours per week with salary-based compensation plus commission and bonuses. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life and 401(k) matching, plus ongoing training and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to connect with customers.
• Ability to calculate building loads and duct sizing.
• Understanding of marketing and lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at sales calls on time as scheduled by dispatcher.
• Follow the company sales process to maximize performance.
• Perform follow-up calls promptly and consistently.
• Provide information on emergency sales calls the same day.
• Communicate with customers and collect deposits and payments.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Complete all sales-related forms accurately.
• Uphold honesty and integrity in dealings with customers and prospects.
• Take photos of jobs for installation reports in service titan software.
• Educate customers on additional products or services offered by the company.
• Explain replacement options following company guidelines.
• Prepare installation detail reports and share information with technicians and managers.
• Assist customers with financing options and complete financing paperwork.
• Provide timely proposals and pricing.
• Share rebate, tax credit, and utility/mfg rebate information.
• Coordinate with the production manager on installation scheduling.

• Take pictures of jobs for installation reports in service titan software
• Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company
• Inform customers of replacement options following company guidelines
• Complete installation detail reports and communicate installation information to technicians and managers clearly
• Understand and provide financing options to customers and assist in completing financing paperwork
• Provide proposals in a timely manner
• Provide customers with all rebate information, tax credits, utility, and mfg rebates
• Coordinate with production manager on installation times for scheduling purposes
• Other duties as assigned
