Job summary

Fayette Heating & Air in Bowling Green, KY seeks a dynamic HVAC Sales Representative/Comfort Advisor to drive growth and deliver superior comfort solutions. You will conduct consultations, recommend systems, generate leads, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating with installation teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HVAC and outside sales experience, strong relationship skills, and proficiency with sales software;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Proven outside sales track record.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess comfort needs.
• Recommend HVAC systems based on requirements.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Coordinate with office and installation teams for smooth completion.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in the CRM.
