YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC is seeking a residential HVAC sales representative to meet with homeowners, assess comfort needs, and present tailored system solutions.

Position offers pay from $100k to $200k+ annually, with uncapped commissions, company-generated leads, paid training, and a benefits package including health, dental, HSA/FSA, and a 401(k) match. Take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop are provided; insurance after 31 days; PTO and holidays are included.

Qualifications

• Residential in-home sales experience is required.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred or required depending on location.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.

• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed


• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
