R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, INC is hiring a qualified HVAC Comfort Advisor in Columbus, OH. This full-commission role offers a lucrative earning potential with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and extensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), PTO, sick days, holidays, a company vehicle and uniforms.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HVAC sales experience, knowledge of residential and/or commercial systems, and the ability to train junior team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years HVAC sales experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Training junior team members.
• Strong client communication and in-field sales skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC systems to residential and commercial clients.
• Explain technical details clearly to customers and prospects.
• Train and mentor junior team members on sales techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of local codes and industry standards.

As a HVAC Sales Tech, you can earn an excellent pay of $200,000 to $400,000+ full commission. Plus, we offer a $3000 sign-on bonus!
