WireNut Home Services, a Colorado Front Range company established in 2004, is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor in Colorado. You will service clients in their homes, replacing residential forced air systems, A/C units, and high-efficiency furnaces in line with PPRBD specifications.

The role offers strong compensation (average $100,000+ per year), weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in residential settings.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and retrofits.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service in clients' homes to secure repeat business.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will provide customer service which results in repeat business when going into our clients' homes and replacing residential forced air systems, A/C systems, and high-efficiency furnaces (retrofit) according to PPRBD specifications.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Residential HVAC experience is preferred
• Applicable knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Compensation:

Average: $100,000+/year

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
