Job summary

United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is hiring a Climate Solutions Tech in the Power/HVAC division. You’ll perform jobsite installations and minor repairs on HVAC and dehumidification/air purification equipment at customer locations, operating delivery vehicles safely and delivering top‑notch customer service.

Daily tasks include repairs, maintenance checks, reporting equipment condition, demonstrating equipment, and assisting with loading/unloading.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge with repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and tools knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance checks on HVAC and related equipment.
• Report equipment condition before and after usage.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment.
• Other duties as assigned as needed.
