Job summary

FM Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC and Chiller Technician II to perform full-cycle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on process chillers and HVAC systems across Phoenix facilities.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC, accredited training, and strong communication skills. Semiconductors experience is a plus; health benefits and 401(k) with a generous match are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HVAC technician or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC and chiller equipment and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process chillers and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Create spare parts lists and maintain inventory for critical components.
• Document repairs and maintenance histories; mentor junior technicians.
