How will you do it

We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians with experience in residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top ducted units. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. We also offer incentive programs and prioritize employee safety. Tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle are provided to perform your job and serve our customers to the highest standards.

Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues. As a trusted advisor, you will provide solutions and outcomes during commissioning and aftermarket service, including upselling opportunities and quotes.

What we look for

Required

Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team, willing to learn and responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.

Must be a member or willing to join a local Union.

Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience with residential and/or ducted products, chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top units, with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chiller system components.

Pass a knowledge exam to assess proficiencies.

Opportunity to invest in career development through training programs and JCI's STA for HVAC products and sales quoting.

Work collaboratively with other local market mechanics.

Attention to detail, interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills. Ability to write and communicate problems, causes, and corrective actions clearly.

Ability to provide quotes and participate in JCI's Service Plus Rewards program.

Self-starter with a passion to learn and apply skills on the job.

Prioritize safety at all times.

Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license.
