How will you do it

We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians with experience in Residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top ducted units. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. We offer incentive programs and prioritize employee safety. Tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle are provided to ensure you can perform your job and serve our customers to the highest standard.

Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues. As a trusted advisor, you will offer solutions and outcomes during commissioning and aftermarket service, including upselling opportunities and providing quotes to support recommendations.

What we look for

Required

• Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team, willing to learn and responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services in this fast-growing business.
• Must be a member or willing to join a local Union.
• Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience with Residential and/or ducted products, chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top units, with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chiller system components.
• Must pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.
• Opportunity to invest in career development through training programs and JCI's STA to gain knowledge in HVAC products and sales quoting.
• Collaborate with other local market mechanics.

Additional skills include attention to detail, effective communication, quoting, and a passion for learning. Candidates should prioritize safety, hold a valid driver's license, and possess applicable licensing such as EPA refrigerants license.
