Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and apartment turns.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies.
• Support community appearance and curb appeal.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
