Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Gray's Creek in Cordova, TN. The role requires at least three years of apartment maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and strong repair skills across plumbing, electrical, and appliances. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Depending on the property, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests as assigned.
• Complete make-ready units.
• Care for inventory and maintenance of supplies and equipment.
• Provide and maintain personal tools for duties.
• Keep work area, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
