Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a senior living/apartment complex setting.
• HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance rounds and log all checks and tests.
• Log and date all preventive repair and routine replacements (e.g., filter changes).
• Perform routine repairs, outdoor maintenance and cosmetic fixes.
• Attend scheduled training and orientation programs to maintain care quality.
• Follow department policies, safety and infection control standards.
