You will perform essential maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work, while ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, and excellent customer service skills. Full-time position with an on-call rotation.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Valid and current Colorado Driver License and reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills for completing work orders and standard communications.

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
