Live Bryten in Naples, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC Cert) to maintain Brittany Bay I & II and ensure a safe, welcoming living environment for residents. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks for new residents, while upholding safety and quality standards.

HVAC certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required. This on-site role includes on-call rotation and strong customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready and turn).
• Conduct routine inspections; address safety concerns.
• Assist with on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Support inventory management and capital improvement projects.
