Job summary

Bryten in Naples, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC Cert) to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment at Brittany Bay I & II apartments. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare vacants.

Candidates should have maintenance experience, HVAC certification, knowledge of plumbing/electrical, and ability to manage work orders and communicate with residents. On-site role with on-call rotation and on-site property management software experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and other systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and common areas.
• Prepare vacant homes for new residents and conduct make-readies.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on-call rotations and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and inventory.
