Job summary

Houston Apartment Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 197-unit apartment community in the North Houston / Greater Greenspoint area. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders and service requests promptly, responding to maintenance calls, performing general property maintenance and repairs, assisting with preventive maintenance, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of the property
