Friedman Real Estate in Sherman, TX seeks an on-site Maintenance Supervisor with 4–5 years in multi-family maintenance and 1–2 years in supervision to lead the maintenance and grounds team.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance, coordinating with vendors for service and capital projects, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, handling service requests, snow removal, and after-hours on-call tasks; HVAC knowledge is valuable and a valid driver's license is required.

Competenze

• 4–5 years of maintenance in multi-family properties.
• 1–2 years in a supervisor role.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to other properties if needed.
• Must have a basic set of tools.
