Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for The Grayson (Ridgeview) in Sherman, TX. You will oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely make-ready turns across properties.

HVAC expertise and a valid driver’s license are required. The role demands 4–5 years in maintenance of multi-family properties with 1–2 years in supervision, plus HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
• 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity
• HVAC certification is required
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to travel to other properties

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors for contracted services and capital projects.
• Prepare apartments for make-ready turns.
• Perform general maintenance duties as needed.
• On-call after-hours emergency responsiveness.
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Complete work orders for service requests (plumbing, carpentry, light electrical)
