Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance leader for Palmer House to oversee maintenance operations and ensure property integrity. HVAC certified is required; you will supervise staff, perform inspections, and coordinate make-ready and preventative maintenance.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA HVAC certification, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. The role offers competitive compensation with bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required and EPA standards knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
