Job summary

Mmsteam is seeking an HVAC-certified Facility Maintenance Technician to keep commercial HVAC equipment and related systems running safely and efficiently. The role focuses on HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance while supporting plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across the facility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facility maintenance or HVAC service, reads schematics, and adheres to safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in facility maintenance or HVAC service.
• Strong hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals and HVAC diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC performance and system control issues.
• Monitor and optimize HVAC system efficiency, airflow, and temperature controls.
• Maintain refrigerant systems in compliance with EPA and environmental regulations.
• Support maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across the facility.
• Lead complex maintenance tasks and provide HVAC expertise to the team.
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports using CMMS.
