Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units; performing preventive maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems; responding to service requests; preparing vacant apartments for turnover; maintaining grounds and logs; and delivering outstanding resident

Qualifications

• A/C certification (EPA, CFC) required.
• At least 6 months of onsite experience.
• Valid I.D. required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
