Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems critical to patient safety and comfort. You will work with complex equipment including BAS controls, chiller operations, pumps, air handlers, walk-ins, and boilers, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with health care standards.

A valid Georgia driver’s license and EPA Universal Certification are required, with program adherence to Piedmont's Vehicle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of Maintenance Tech experience with HVAC; substitutions possible with HVAC program graduate.
• EPA Universal Certification required by law.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and adherence to Piedmont's Vehicle Safety Program policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems to ensure safe operation.
• Operate and monitor BAS controls, chiller systems, pumps, and related equipment.
• Follow water treatment programs and ensure compliance with safety policies.
