Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in building systems operations or HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification and OSHA 10-hour certification required during probation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair HVAC fixtures and systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Respond to HVAC and mechanical emergencies.
