Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee preventive maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components. The role focuses on keeping critical building equipment operating reliably and safely.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on AHUs, ERUs, and mini-splits, diagnosing electrical/control issues, and coordinating vendors while maintaining maintenance records in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and building system maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical control and motor issues.
• Proficiency with building automation systems.
• Sound judgment, safety-focused work habits, and effective vendor/record coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on AHUs, ERUs, and mini-splits.
• Troubleshoot motors and electrical controls to restore system performance.
• Maintain and update building automation settings.
• Complete minor repairs as needed to support reliable operations.
• Coordinate vendors, ensure maintenance records are completed, and follow safety procedures.
