Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer in Philadelphia to manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC/R systems in a commercial/industrial environment.

The role includes supervising RTUs, AHUs, boilers, chillers, and energy management systems while recording performance logs and ensuring safe operations. Candidates should have extensive HVAC maintenance experience, a Philadelphia Class A license, and proficiency with building automation systems.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 3 years of maintenance experience and 2 extra years in boiler room operations.
• Ability to operate building automation systems.
• Philadelphia Class A license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
• Handle piping, motors,Controllers and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain air handlers, filters, belts, coils, and drains.
• Operate and service boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to emergencies such as outages and floods as needed.
