You will change compressors, clean coils, and install, repair, and maintain plumbing and electrical components. Regular attendance onsite is essential, and you will work with the Director of Maintenance and Property Managers.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC certification CFC.
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Ability to read and perform arithmetic computations.
• Ability to read site plans and schematic drawings.
