Qualified candidates will hold a Texas journeyman HVAC Class B license and a valid Texas driver’s license, with experience in general building maintenance and HVAC repair. Applicants should be capable of working independently or as part of a team and be prepared for site-based work.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Requires a Texas journeyman HVAC Class B license.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Experience with maintaining and repairing HVAC and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair of district facilities, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Inspect facilities and grounds; perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Complete work orders and assist foreman in scheduled HVAC maintenance.
• Repair or calibrate HVAC controls including thermostats and switches.
• Move and reinstall furniture, equipment, and fixtures as needed.
