Responsibilities
Howyou’llmakeanimpactinthisrole
- Troubleshoots, repairs, adjusts, andcalibratescomplex electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems and devices across multiple manufacturer platforms.
- Writes, tests, and debugs BAS computer programs and sequences, updates the graphical web interface, andmaintainscommunication protocols like BACnet, LonWorks, and Tridium.
- Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance, including testing damper motors, checking wiring integrity, reviewing control sequences, and replacing faulty sensors or thermostats.
- Analyzes blueprints, schematics, and system data to diagnose defects, implements corrective actions, and ensures all installation and repair activitiescomplywithsafety standards and building codes.
- Provides technical support for capital projects,assistengineers with hardware and software design recommendations, handles emergency service calls, andparticipatesin training and special projects.
Qualifications
What minimum requirements you’ll need
- Graduate of trade school.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3years ofrelevantexperience.
- Other equivalentcombinationof relevant education or experience.
