R.E. Michel Company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Ontario, CA location. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory and staff, and ensure profitability and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and proactive management to meet company objectives. Reports to the Regional Branch Manager; conventional Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proven leadership with ability to manage daily branch operations.
Track record in driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Experience in staff development, scheduling, coaching and evaluations.
Strong understanding of inventory, expenses and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch operations including sales, inventory, staffing and admin tasks.
Recruit, train and develop branch personnel; provide coaching and feedback.
Drive sales growth and maintain high customer service standards.
Monitor expenses, manage inventory and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Ensure branch facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate maintenance and driver qualifications; ensure timely admin tasks.
Uphold corporate mission and prioritize customer-first service.
