Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead Sales and Operations for our Spring location. The role focuses on safety, service quality, and achieving branch goals while managing people and processes.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, shipping, pricing, and product selection, while developing staff through training and performance feedback in a compliant and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in branch/warehouse operational management.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales and operations activities and oversee all branch aspects.
• Create and maintain a culture of Zero Harm in the workplace and environment.
• Ensure incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved promptly; ensure PPE compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain inventory control with 98% SKU accuracy.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and product selection; adjust pricing and margins as needed.
