R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Scottsdale, AZ location. The role oversees daily operations, drives sales, and ensures high levels of customer service while managing staff and inventory.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team, monitor finances, and enforce safety and quality standards to achieve profitability and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising branch staff and operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and admin tasks.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch personnel with coaching and evaluations.
• Drive sales growth and maintain outstanding customer service.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and financial reporting to meet goals.
• Ensure facility meets safety, cleanliness, and security standards.
