Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year HVAC industry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of HVAC products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to assist customers in person, by phone, and email.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support at the branch.
• Unload and load products, and assist with safe vehicle transfer.
• Maintain tidy store and restock shelves; front-facing duties.
• Perform data entry, price checks, quotes, and inventory tasks.
• Communicate policies on purchases, returns, and terms.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory management as needed.
• Operate a forklift safely and maintain certification.
• Build relationships with customers and secure repeat business.
