Job summary

You will assist customers in person, by phone, and email; handle data entry, process orders, and participate in inventory control while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. This hourly, non-exempt role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, forklift operation, and flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year HVAC industry experience.
• General knowledge of HVAC products preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain branch operations.
• Safely load products into customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and conduct inventory counts.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and pricing in the system.
• Communicate policies on purchases, returns, and terms.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory management as needed.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Build relationships with customers and upsell promotions.
• Other duties as assigned.
