Job summary

Barstow & Sons is seeking a Boiler Service Technician to service HVAC systems in customers' homes. The ideal candidate brings extensive HVAC and boiler expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. This position reports to our Annapolis, MD location.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range, a signing bonus up to $10,000, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license is required, and 21+ years old per company policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and fixing HVAC and boiler systems in residential settings.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC including boiler system issues in residential settings.
• Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components.
• Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation.

What We Need:

Barstow & Sons is seeking a Boiler Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service by servicing HVAC systems in customers' homes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HVAC and boiler specific expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

HVAC Expertise Needed:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC including boiler system issues in residential settings
• Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
• Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation - geothermal experience preferred but not necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and fixing HVAC and boiler system issues in residential settings
• Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking

• Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• A valid driver's license
• Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
