Job summary

Barstow & Sons is hiring a Boiler Service Technician to service HVAC systems in customers' homes. The ideal candidate has residential HVAC and boiler experience, a valid driver's license, and a customer-first approach.

The role reports to our Annapolis, MD location and offers competitive hourly pay, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement. A signing bonus up to $10,000 is also available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Ability to diagnose and fix HVAC and boiler system issues in homes.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, boilers, ductwork and ventilation; geothermal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC including boiler systems in residential settings.
• Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components in customers' homes.
• Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.

What We Need:

Barstow & Sons is seeking a Boiler Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service by servicing HVAC systems in customers' homes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HVAC and boiler specific expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

HVAC Expertise Needed:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC including boiler system issues in residential settings
• Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
• Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, boilers, ductwork, and ventilation - geothermal experience preferred but not necessary
