Davison Home Services is seeking a Boiler Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair boiler systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will inspect equipment, perform maintenance, and report findings clearly to customers.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety, accuracy, and professional standards. Preferred candidates have 3-5 years of boiler/HVAC experience, relevant licenses, and a focus on quality workmanship.

• 3-5 years of boiler, hydronic heating, HVAC, or mechanical service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of boiler systems, controls, pumps, valves, and related heating equipment.

Responsabilidades

What YOU will do as a Boiler Service Technician:

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial boiler systems.
• Troubleshoot heating system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on boiler equipment.
• Test system performance and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Follow all company safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.

What YOU will bring as a Boiler Service Technician:

• 3-5 years of boiler, hydronic heating, HVAC, or mechanical service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of boiler systems, controls, pumps, valves, and related heating equipment.
• Plumbing Apprentice License preferred.
• HVAC degree, trade school certification, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
