Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complete systems using testing techniques and equipment.
• Operate feed water pumps, fuel oil pumps, transfer pumps, valves and HVAC components across the campus.
• Test and treat boiler water; maintain condensate return water and chemical injection systems.
• Maintain proper boiler water chemistry and respond to automated chemical injection and blowdown rates.
• Log readings and monitor environmental parameters for staff and patient comfort across the campus.
• Operate Johnson METASYS computer system controlling heat, ventilation and air conditioning.
