Qualifications

• Hands-on BAS/DDC experience
• Programming experience with Tridium Niagara/Niagara 4
• Ability to write, modify, and troubleshoot BAS control logic, including Line Code Programming
• Strong understanding of HVAC Systems and Sequence of Operations
• Experience with BAS Startup, Commissioning, and Point-to-Point Checkout
• Ability to troubleshoot Controllers, Sensors, Actuators, and BAS inputs/outputs
• Strong computer and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in Commercial facilities and active project environments
• Valid Driver's License

Job Details

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

As an HVAC BAS Programmer, you will develop, modify, troubleshoot, and commission Building Automation programming for Commercial HVAC systems. This role is heavily focused on Niagara programming and control logic, making it a strong fit for someone who wants to spend more time on the programming side of BAS rather than primarily installation or field wiring.

You will work across Controllers, HVAC Equipment, Sensors, Actuators, Graphics, Alarms, and Trends while supporting system integration, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

MUST HAVE:

• Hands-on Building Automation Systems (BAS)/DDC experience
• Programming experience with Tridium Niagara/Niagara 4
• Ability to write, modify, and troubleshoot BAS control logic, including Line Code Programming
• Strong understanding of HVAC Systems and Sequence of Operations
• Experience with BAS Startup, Commissioning, and Point-to-Point Checkout
