The position offers a day or swing shift with $20.00–$21.50 per hour and an evaluation-to-hire path. Overtime opportunities may be available as needed. Training and growth are encouraged within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble HVAC air-handling units and components.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including impact drivers and drills.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Apply caulking to seal units and prevent water leaks.
• Clean metal surfaces as needed.
• Perform quality checks on completed work.
• Help troubleshoot assembly problems.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work with team members to meet production goals.
