You will report to the Operations Manager and drive field performance, safety, and customer satisfaction across a designated area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years as HVAC Service Technician.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring Technicians.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC service delivery.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stay focused on results in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and conduct essential for leadership.
• Willingness to travel as needed for field supervision and coaching.
• Experience in managing technicians or service crews.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in recruiting and hiring of Technicians.
• Supervise and develop technician workforce.
• Forecast company needs and hire accordingly.
• Ensure productivity meets goals and align with reviews.
• Maintain market work levels to support Technicians (surveys, sales).
• Handle escalated service issues related to field/technicians.
• Develop training plans for technicians using company materials.
• Provide technical support and ensure quality of work in the area.
• Ride along with Technicians and assess field performance.
• Conduct annual technician reviews with VP approval.
• Be a positive image and role model for technicians.
• Protect company image and uphold safety and policies.
• Maintain local customer relationships with RSM and Account Managers.
• Lead weekly service meetings and set area goals.
• Recognize top performers and review van inspections.
• Ensure proper PPE and discuss safety topics weekly.
• Review new customer requirements and follow-up on callbacks.
