About This Role

Are you ready to begin a hands-on career in the HVAC industry? We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice Technician to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to learn how to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and setup of HVAC control components (sensors, actuators, thermostats, etc.).
• Learn how to troubleshoot and program basic HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Support routine maintenance and repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Help identify and resolve system issues to reduce downtime.
• Read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams for system installations.
• Work closely with experienced technicians and engineers to develop skills in HVAC and automation technology.
• Maintain documentation of work performed, including service reports and system updates.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards during fieldwork.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in HVAC, electronics, or related fields is a plus.
• Some experience in HVAC, electrical work, or mechanical systems.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and electrical components.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC controls and automation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
