Air Comfort Service, Inc. is seeking HVAC Apprentices who are eager to start a career in HVAC. Whether you’re finishing trade school, currently enrolled, or just getting started, you’ll learn hands-on skills from day one on a structured training path.

Apprentices may rotate into Install, Residential Service, or Commercial tracks, with regular feedback and checkpoints to track progress, and mentorship from experienced technicians to ensure you gain real diagnostic and repair experience.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 2 certification required before start.
• Valid driver’s license; Missouri Class E endorsement may be required.
• Clean and clear driving record.
• Background check, drug screening and physical required.
• Interest in HVAC career and willingness to learn in the field.

Responsibilities

• Structured hands-on training from day one in HVAC basics.
• Rotations into Install, Residential Service, or Commercial tracks based on needs and strengths.
• Regular feedback with 30/60/90‑day assessments and ongoing check-ins.
