Job summary

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in Myrtle Beach is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time paid position. The role starts with an 8-week training course and a wage of $15/hour during training, with a path to promotion into Maintenance Technician after successful completion.

Applicants must be available full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM. The company offers full benefits, weekly pay, time off, holidays, 401K matching, uniforms, and ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Job description

We're looking for attitude and passion. Our Recruiter will be interviewing on both with a basic get to know you conversation. Would be nice if you have some type of technical background. Realizing the end position can be dirty and hot. Your hands and knowledge will be your biggest benefit.

Instead of you paying us to train you we are offering a full time paid position with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

• Starting pay during training will be $15/hour.

• Once completed you will be promoted to Maintenance Technician
• Must be available full time, Monday - Friday! 8 AM - 4:30 PM daily

Course will begin on Monday, October 5, 2026
